Apply for the Fourth National Metalworking Reshoring Award

The Reshoring Initiative*, in conjunction with the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA)*, the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), is looking to recognize companies for successful reshoring projects. *Inaugural sponsors

AWARD CRITERIA There is one award for which companies, both OEMs/branded product companies and job shops/contract manufacturers, can compete. Award criteria are:

  1. Number of U.S. jobs created

  2. Dollars/year of sales reshored

  3. Product innovation

  4. Process innovation

  5. Completeness of application

  6. Bonus points will be awarded to PMA, AMT and NTMA members, and registrants.

Note: All responses will be kept confidential. Winners will be announced. 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Reshoring of the work occurred between 1/1/2013 and 5/31/2021.

  2. Work came back from outside North America to North America.

  3. Products, parts or tooling reshored must be made primarily by forming, casting, fabricating or machining, including additive machining.
