Telehealth surged as the COVID-19 pandemic spread around the world in the spring of 2020. A year later, telehealth is still being widely used but more permanent policy on telehealth has yet to be created. URAC and CTeL leaders will share their thoughts on how payers, employers and providers will be instrumental in making the case for strong telehealth policy to improve patient care.
