Now Available: Services at Richard T. Castro Human Services Center (Second Floor Entrance)

Services are now available at the Richard T. Castro Human Services Center, Second Floor Entrance (1200 N. Federal Blvd, Denver, CO 80204). If you are driving, please use 11th Ave. off Federal Blvd. Free parking is available in the visitor parking structure (center entrance).

If you suspect child abuse or neglect, or the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an at-risk adult in Denver, call the Denver County Child Welfare and Adult Protective Services hotline at 720-944-3000.

To report abuse or neglect of a child outside Denver County, contact the statewide hotline at 1-844-CO-4-KIDS (1-844-264-5437).
