VISITOR GUIDELINES

We are thrilled to welcome you back to in-person events at BAM! Your health and safety remain our highest priorities, and we are continually adapting our protocols in line with the CDC, the WHO, and state and federal guidance.

Visitors are not required to show proof of vaccination.

To ensure that we are providing a safe environment for everyone, the following additional protocols are in place:

Face masks are highly recommended at BAM.

Venue Capacity

All venues are currently operating at 100% capacity.

Contactless Ticketing

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase tickets online and in advance.

Hand-Sanitizing Stations & Cleaning Protocols

Hand-sanitizing stations are offered throughout the campus at entrances, elevators, and other high-traffic areas.

Additionally, seats are cleaned and disinfected after every event, and restrooms, elevators, and other high-touch areas are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.

Air Quality & Ventilation

We have made improvements to overall air quality and ventilation and expanded the use of high-efficiency filters in all of our buildings. We have also upgraded our HVAC systems with MERV 13 filters, which have been identified to be much more effective in trapping microscopic particles, including Covid-19.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver

BAM continues to prioritize the safety of its staff and guests, including audiences and artists, and will adapt protocols and procedures as appropriate following CDC, WHO, and local, state, and federal guidance and recommendations from medical experts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, an inherent risk of contracting Covid-19 and other contagious diseases remains present in any public venues. BAM cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract Covid-19 or other contagious disease.

By entering a BAM venue and/or attending or participating in any BAM program, you are accepting the risk of being exposed to, contracting, or spreading Covid-19 or other contagious diseases along with all related consequences and expressly waive any and all claims against BAM, its trustees, officers, employees and agents arising out of such exposure.

Ticket Protection & Flexible Refunds

In the event that a program is canceled, you will be offered a range of options, including a full refund of your ticket purchase. Additionally, if you or a member of your party exhibit symptoms of Covid-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19, you may request a full refund, including waived fees, prior to the scheduled program by contacting BAM Ticket Services at info@BAM.org or 718.636.4100.

Accessibility

BAM is committed to making our campus and programming accessible to all guests. If any of our new protocols hinder your ability to access our spaces or programs, or if there is anything we can do to make your experience at BAM more accessible, please let us know. Visit BAM.org/accessibility for additional information and contact us at accessibility@BAM.org with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

The safety protocols currently in place are subject to change in compliance with revisions to national and local guidelines regarding Covid-19. BAM implements the most up-to-date public health procedures to improve safety for all, but they are not an absolute protection against contracting COVID-19. Guests assume their own risk by entering our spaces. Check this page for updates to our safety measures prior to attending BAM events.
